Shipping Information

We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- We do not ship on holidays.
- A physical address is required for shipping.
- "Special
Shipping"
- All Hazardous items with atomizers or sprays will be shipped
by road service. Please note that a physical address is required
for all hazardous shipments. We can not deliver to a PO Box.
- All Next Business Day deliveries will be transported by Australian Air Express, this is unique partnership between Qantas and Australia Post which allows for PO Box deliveries also in the case of ‘no ones home’ a card will be left advising that the goods have been delivered to the closest post office for you to pick up.

that as of the 27/05/08 delivery charges for all Web Store
orders have been modified, please refer to the shipping table
for pricing updates. Orders over $80 in value will be delivered
free of shipping charge when sent by our Express Road service.
