Our Loyalty Program has been updated 

Crabtree & Evelyn’s Privilege Member Program aims to reward customers for their loyal patronage to our stores. As a Privilege Member you will receive several benefits; including Reward Vouchers up to four times per year. On the month of your birthday you will also receive a birthday gift that can be collected in-store or online. You will be the first to know about our new collections, exclusive offers, promotions, VIP events and competitions.

How to Join the Program

To become a Privilege Member Customer, simply make a purchase and provide your contact information at any Crabtree & Evelyn store or online within Australia. Your Crabtree & Evelyn Membership will then be created and your details saved in our system.

What are the program benefits?

We have worked on a program that rewards our customers all year round, and in many different ways. 
The benefits have been designed to offer maximum value and more of what our Privilege Members want. 

It consists of:

Using Your Privilege Program Member Benefits

Once you have joined our Privilege Member Program, you will start to receive Member Benefits & Vouchers. To redeem these benefits, simply present your coupon in-store or if shopping online, enter the details at the checkout. On the month of your birthday you will receive a birthday gift coupon (via SMS or email). To collect your birthday gift simply present the coupon in-store when making a purchase or enter the code at the checkout if shopping online. 

Update Your Privilege Program Member Details

To update your contact details for our Privilege Member Program please email your name and contact details to askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.au  To update your online account details for the Privilege Card Program please log in to My Account and click on 'Update Profile' (located right hand side of the page). 

Physical cards are no longer required

The physical Privilege Customer cards are no longer required, your details will be saved in our system and we will notify you of your program gifts and benefits throughout the year. Please ensure your details are up to date by contacting us at askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.au
