About Privilege Card Program

Crabtree & Evelyn’s Privilege Card Program aims to reward customers for their loyal patronage to our stores. As a Privilege Card Customer you will receive 10% discount on full priced merchandise in all Crabtree & Evelyn retail stores and online store in Australia. On the month of your birthday you will also receive a $10 voucher to spend in any of our retail stores or online store. You will be the first to know about our new collections, exclusive offers, promotions, VIP events and competitions.

Join the Program

To become a Privilege Card Program Member, you will need to sign up as part of our Qualifying Program. Simply spend $200 in any Crabtree & Evelyn store or online store, in a 3 month Qualifying Program period from the date your card is first issued and you will be eligible to become a member of our Privilege Card Program. Once you qualify, your Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card Program welcome letter and card will automatically be posted to you along with details on how to set up your own account and access your discount online.

Making a purchase

Instore

When you make a purchase at any of our Crabtree & Evelyn retail stores, simply ask one of our Sales Associates to join our Privilege Card Program. Fill out the Qualifying Program form and hold onto your 'temporary' card. Every time you make a purchase, present this card at the counter to ensure your purchase amount is added to your Qualifying Program Card.

Online

To sign up for a Qualifying Card online you must first make a purchase and create an account. Once you have entered your details and entered the Checkout Area, a Privilege Card Program panel will appear to the right of your screen. Tick the box requesting a qualifying card and then click 'continue to confirmation' (located at the bottom right hand side of page). Your qualifying card will then be posted to you with your online order. Every time you make a purchase either online or in any of our retail stores Australia wide please use the number on your Qualifying Card to ensure your purchase amount is recorded.

Privilege Card Program Member

Once you have received your plastic Privilege welcome letter and card in the mail, present this in any Crabtree & Evelyn store to receive your 10% discount off all full priced merchandise. To access your discount online create an account in 'My Account' and enter your privilege card number in space provided. Every time you log in to your account on the online store our site will recognise you are a Privilege Card Program member and will automatically display prices at your discounted price.

Update Your Privilege Card Program Details

To update your account details for the Privilege Card Program please log in to My Account and click on 'Update Profile' (located left hand side of the page).
