All orders placed through the Crabtree & Evelyn Online are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Crabtree & Evelyn Australia.
Product availability and pricing
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Display of an item on this site is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock and available to be shipped with your order, or when you visit our site at a later date. In this instance, all out of stock item(s) will not be shipped with your order and the revised total will be shown on your final invoice enclosed with your delivery. If you have any questions about the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department at ‘1800 Crabtree’ (1800 2722 8733).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, Crabtree & Evelyn have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product listed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.
Product Appearance
Crabtree & Evelyn products are renowned for the appearance, beauty and design of our packaging and decorative containers. However, the exact appearance of each product you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of a preliminary order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Crabtree & Evelyn reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason without prior notice to you.
Shipping
Crabtree & Evelyn will ship all goods to the shipping address nominated by you during the ordering process, please note this may differ from the billing address. Crabtree & Evelyn Australia only ship to addresses within Australia.
Federal shipping regulations require all items with atomisers or sprays to be sent via Standard Ground. We will use Toll IPEC. Please plan for additional shipping time 3-7 days when ordering the following products: Body Mist, Room Spray, Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum and cologne.
Crabtree & Evelyn accept no responsibility for transport delays incurred by the selected carrier or service type, but will endeavor to resolve any services issues on behalf of the customer quickly via our Online Customer Service Team 03-8551-1050 or email askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.au
You can return your purchase to any Crabtree & Evelyn retail store or send it to our Online Customer Service Department. Just a couple things to remember:
- Before making a return you must contact Crabtree & Evelyn’s Web Store Customer Service team to receive a Returns Authorisation number on 03-8551-1050 or by calling the Toll Free number ‘1800 Crabtree’ (1800 2722 8733) or by email at askus@crabtree-evelyn.com.au
- Let us know if you would like a replacement or credit.
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice with instructions on how to handle the return.
- Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you.
