Shipping Details

Getting your order to you in a timely manner is of great importance to us.

We ship orders Monday - Friday. We offer a 3-10 business day road service with Australia Post and a 1-2 business day Star Track Express.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day. Orders made within two days of a Public holidays or during busy sale periods may take up to an additional five days to be delivered. Please note that we do not ship on public holidays or weekends. During peak periods, such as pre-Christmas and Sale events, shipping may take slightly longer than usual.

Parcels will only be left at premises when an Authority To Leave (ATL) has been provided by the customer, at the customers own risk. Authority To Leave (ATL) orders will be delivered to the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release Crabtree & Evelyn from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery. 

Alternatively if you are not home and do not nominate delivery instructions, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be taken to the closest post office for collection. Our courier drivers do not call customers prior to delivery.

Shipping within Australia only.

*Special Shipping

Due to federal shipping regulations all hazardous items with atomizers or sprays will be shipped by road service which is a 3-10 day service. Product items classed as hazardous will be marked online with *Special Shipping Item and includes the following products – Body Mists, Room Sprays, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, Colognes and some Gifts. Please note that a physical address is required for all hazardous shipments. 

Tracking your delivery

If your order is taking longer than you expect or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress using your tracking information, which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • For all Road Express deliveries, simply log onto Toll Track and Trace or Australia Post website and enter your consignment number.
  • For all Air Express deliveries, simply log onto StarTrack and enter your consignment number.

Shipping Options

You can choose from 2 options for your items to be shipped at the checkout stage. If your order is over $100 you will receive free Express Road shipping with Australia Post.

Option 1:

Express Road 3-10 Day Service with Australia Post: $8.95. Shipping is free for all orders over $100.

Option 2:

Star Track Express Service $20.00. **NB – Non Flammable items only. 

Overnight Express delivery is only available to metropolitan areas if the order is placed before 12pm the same day.
Allow an additional day if the order is placed after 12pm or the delivery is to regional areas.
P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers cannot be used in conjunction with our Star Track Express Service. 

All Next Business Day deliveries will be transported by Star Track. If you have provided an Authority to Leave (ATL) are not home at the time of the delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe location. If you are not home, and your parcel requires a signature, a card will be left and your parcel taken to the closest post office. Our courier drivers do not call customers prior to delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your purchase to any Crabtree & Evelyn retail store or send it to our Online Store Customer Service department within a reasonable time of purchase. Just a couple things to remember:

  • Before making a return you must contact Crabtree & Evelyn’s Online Store Customer service team to receive a Returns Authorization number on free call number 1800 CRABTREE (1800 2722 8733) or (03) 8551 1050 (standard call costs apply)
  • Please enclose a copy of the invoice with instructions on how to handle the return.
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement or credit.
  • Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you.

Product Availability and Pricing

Prices and availability of the products and services listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Display of an item on this site is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock and available to be shipped with your order, or when you visit our site at a later date. In this instance, all out of stock item(s) will not be shipped with your order and the revised total will be shown on your final invoice enclosed with your delivery. If you have any questions about the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department at ‘1800 Crabtree’ (1800 2722 8733). In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, Crabtree & Evelyn have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product listed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

Crabtree & Evelyn products are renowned for the appearance, beauty and design of our packaging and decorative containers. However, the exact appearance of each product you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of a preliminary order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Crabtree & Evelyn reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason without prior notice to you.
