Qualifying & Privilege Card Terms and Conditions
Before becoming a Privilege Card Customer you must first register at any Crabtree & Evelyn store or online in the Sign In area to be issued a Qualifying Program Card. In order to become a Privilege Card Customer, you will need to spend $200 or more within the 3 month qualifying period in a Crabtree & Evelyn retail store or online store.
You will be required to present your Qualifying Program Card at each transaction during the qualifying period to ensure that your purchases are tracked. If you are using your Qualifying Program Card on our online store login using your Qualifying Program Card number. If your Qualifying Card is not presented, your purchase will not be recorded or recognised.
You can track your qualifying spend online via the My Account page. Click on My Account (located in the top right hand corner of the home page) and login using your Qualifying Program Card number and password. Then click on Tracking Qualifying Spend (located on the left hand side of the page) so you can view your qualifying spend thus far.
If you do not reach the qualifying target of $200 before your Qualifying Card’s expiry date, you will be required to register again for another Qualifying Program Card, should you wish to to re-enter the program again.
Qualifying Program Customers (with valid Qualifying Program Cards) will be issued with their Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card Program welcome letter and card shortly after reaching the qualifying target of $200. The Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card will be issued from Crabtree & Evelyn Head Office.
The Qualifying Card does not entitle the cardholder to any of the Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card Program offers.
Spending $200 in one transaction entitles you entry into the Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card Program, should you wish to enter. Your Privilege Card and welcome letter will be mailed to you from Head Office. Your Privilege Card Program discount (10%) will not be active until you receive your Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card Program welcome letter and card.
Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to terminate the Qualifying Program Card at any time and without prior notice. By accepting and signing the Crabtree & Evelyn Qualifying Program Card you are agreeing to the above Terms & Conditions.
It is required that you make a purchase within 12 month period for your card to remain active.
Once you have Qualified you will receive your Privilege Card. This card can only be used at Crabtree & Evelyn stores within Australia and is to be used by the signatory only. This card is not transferable to any family member and identification may be required at time of purchase.
On presentation of the Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card the signatory may take advantage of the Privilege Card Program offers available (while the card is active).

Purchases made prior to you receiving your Privilege Card (including purchases made during the qualifying period) are not allocated to your total Privilege Card Program spend.
You will be required to present your Privilege Card in order to receive the benefits of the Privilege Card Program. If your Privilege Card is not presented, your purchase will not be recorded or recognised as part of your Privilege Card spend.
If you wish to re-register as a Privilege Card Customer, you will be required to register in store and receive a Qualifying Card.
Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to terminate the Privilege Card at any time and without prior notice. By accepting and signing the Crabtree & Evelyn Privilege Card you are agreeing to the above Terms & Conditions.
