Do a Morning Cleanse
Well, maybe. You don’t actually *have* to wash your face in the morning, you know. If you do an A.M. workout, then washing your face afterwards is a must. Otherwise? It’s down to your own preference - but it’s a good idea to at least rinse with water either way.
Top tip: Use cold or lukewarm water, never hot, or it’ll dehydrate your skin (who knew?).
*Always* Cleanse at Night
Your evening cleanse isn’t up for debate, though. It’ll get rid of any grime your skin’s picked up throughout the day, and prep it for your overnight skincare routine.
