DELIVERY
We are committed to delivering your order as soon as we can. However, due to high volume of orders, deliveries are taking longer than usual.
Standard delivery
• $10.00 delivery cost for all orders.
• 3-7 business day road service with Australia Post
• Free delivery on orders over A$100
Express delivery
• 1-2 business day service with Star Track Express.
• $20.00 delivery cost for all orders.
Important delivery information:
• We deliver orders Monday-Friday.
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
• We don't deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
• If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
• Orders cannot be split and must be delivered to a single address.
• We will send you an order confirmation email and an email once your order has been dispatched.
• Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
